James S. Arogeti

CFA, CVA

Mr. Arogeti is a Director at Corporate Valuation Services, Inc.  He joined the company in 2012.  Prior to starting at CVS, he lived in New Orleans, Louisiana and studied at the Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business where he received a Master of Risk Management (2010) and a Bachelor of Science in Management (2009).

As an appraiser, Mr. Arogeti has worked on a range of engagement from main street businesses to an estate holding twenty different entities with a combined value of over $100 million.  He has cosigned appraisals for shareholder litigation, shareholder buyouts, and marriage dissolution engagements.  While he is comfortable working with businesses in most industries, Mr. Arogeti focuses on manufacturing, technology startups, healthcare, and service industries.

Mr. Arogeti is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a  accredited as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.

Mr. Arogeti currently resides in the city of Chicago.
