He has published articles relating to the unique analysis needed in family law matters including the proper allocation of a business’s goodwill.
Mr. Arogeti has published articles in the Illinois State Bar Association’s Family Law Newsletter and the DuPage County Bar Association DCBA Brief on tax-related valuation engagements for both high-net-worth individuals and corporations.

Our Experts have multiple accreditations and depth of experience to resist any Daubert challenges, Frye Test hearings, motion in limine or de novo process under state laws.
CVS’s experts have been qualified as expert witnesses in both state and U.S. federal courts, having successfully met the standards required for admissibility.
The late Tony Garvy successfully overcame a Daubert challenge in federal court, where the Magistrate Judge rejected the U.S. Government’s attempt to exclude his testimony and likened his resilience to that of Monty Python’s Black Knight (case citation available upon request).
